Pre-Registration Process

This is the pre-registration information that I need to have in order to put you on a class list. I make confirmation/payment calls 7 – 10 days before the class.

BEFORE I call you, I need to have the following:

  • Name(s) of your technicians
  • Email addresses for your technicians
  • Contractor license number for you company (just the #, I do not need a picture of it). If your company does not have a DOPL contractor license #, just confirm that. I need to provide DOPL with numbers.
  • Please let me know if any of your technicians are auditing the class (the SAME technician has taken the class before and has the training materials)
